Family Transit Apartment

We stayed here for a night and day before our flight and had a nice time. It was calm, and our room was clean. The owner arranged transport to and from the airport and to and from central Hanoi. There’s a very good cafe right in front where you can watch local children play football. The service was perfect.

The owner was incredibly kind and drove me to the airport at 5:30am. I really appreciated the hospitality and will come back when I visit Hanoi. It was a peaceful place to wait for my early morning flight, with a super comfy room and cool, calm surroundings. I even sat outside for nearly an hour enjoying the atmosphere. Sun Garden Café is right out front if you want a drink, and the hotel is very close to the airport.

This was our second stay, after problems on the first visit. We had booked a room with two beds but were given only one, and the owner wanted extra money for a second bed. That didn't match either the Agoda description or our booking. This time we booked the same room again. We did get a room with two beds, but one was dirty and hadn't been made up. When we asked the owner to prepare it, he laughed and said we'd need to pay extra to use it. That was outrageous. We went out to eat, and when we returned he gave us a sheet and blanket, leaving us to make the bed ourselves. We paid for a room with two beds ready to sleep in, not one we'd have to set up. This wasn't what we paid for on Agoda.

The people here are so kind and attentive to whatever you need. I may have met kinder people before, but I can't remember who. If this family were part of mine, I'd feel honored. This is a great place for a stopover, with the best mattress and pillows in the world. I'll absolutely stay again next time around.
