The Concept Hotel HCMC - D1

The room was small, but clean, well cared for and had the basic amenities we needed. It was also easy to get around from this location, close to many popular Saigon attractions. Everyone at Concept Hotel was friendly and helpful, from security to the front office team. Chuong and Khang at the front desk gave excellent service, and the guard helped us get in and out of our Grab car each day. That thoughtful help really made a difference. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant stay. We’d happily return.

Thy made sure I felt comfortable and looked after the whole time. I don’t know Vietnam very well, so I asked her for help a lot, and she always made things easy with a smile. She went above and beyond every day. A friend suggested this hotel, and now I see why. My stay was amazing from start to finish, and I’ll definitely come back on my next trip. I really recommend it.

We were close to shops, street food, markets and pretty much everything, and I was very happy with our stay. I was booked into concept hotel through my dental clinic and stayed in the city view suite on the 5th floor with my husband and toddler. The room was small but had what we needed to recover comfortably after surgery. It had two air conditioners, one split system and one ducted, and both were powerful and quiet, so I could set the temperature how I liked. The bathroom was beautiful and came with shampoo, shower gel, a toothbrush, cotton buds, floss and other complimentary items. Room service was great, with fresh towels and bedding changed daily. The fridge stayed cold enough for drinks and an ice pack, and we watched Netflix at night on the big TV. Our toddler often fell asleep with it running. The 24-hour self-service laundromat was always clean, and laundry capsules were complimentary. Staff were always present in the lobby and so kind and friendly, really going above and beyond for guests. Thanks to Trang and the team for being so accommodating, especially the security man who always smiled and helped us into the hotel.

The only hassle was waiting for a Grab during peak hours, when things can get hectic. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants around, Bui vien street is an 8 minute walk away, and Circle K and 7/11 are nearby for everyday needs. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Whenever we requested something for the room, it arrived within a minute. Free laundry and coffee are available on the first floor. A shout-out to the security guy out front, who was super friendly and always went out of his way to help us get in and out of our Grab rides. 10/10, I recommend it and will be back.
