I booked in October and contacted this Elvita twice that month, but got no reply. Then in December they emailed saying the payment hadn’t gone through and they’d cancel the booking within six hours if they didn’t hear from me. I replied as soon as I saw the message, but they had already cancelled my New Year booking. They also confirmed they had no rooms anyway. The service was rubbish. Thankfully, we found something better at short notice. Be careful booking with this company.

Please don’t rent from this person. You could waste your time and lose money. I booked through Chase Travel and got to the apartment around 10 PM. Security told me I needed the room number and some paperwork from the owner in advance to be allowed to stay, and I had none of it. I tried the owner’s listed phone number, but it kept giving a busy signal. Eventually I gave up and rented another room on the spot, which cost more, since the people there had rooms available. I called Chase Travel to report it as fraud and request a refund. I’m writing this while on hold with Chase Travel to find out whether I can get the money back, since the booking is non-refundable. I don’t know how it will turn out. The Chase Travel Center representative also tried to reach the owner and got no response. This is completely unacceptable.

Vin group needs to find a better maintenance company. There’s rust all over the gym and bathrooms, and the swimming pool is falling apart.
