Meals are easy to sort out, since there are restaurants in the Japanese town. We stayed at 'We Home Thai Van Lung' for two nights. It's on a corner of the Japanese town in Ho Chi Minh City, reached through narrow streets. Cars and other vehicles apart from motorbikes can't get to the property, so walking in with large luggage is a bit of a hassle. Entry is by access codes, and there isn't a reception. We booked a Superior Queen Room on an upper floor, reached by lift. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and had just enough space, with a wardrobe, refrigerator, and television. The bathroom was clean, the hot water worked fine, and towels and soap were provided. The kitchen is across the passage from the room and shared with another room. The utensils were labeled with room numbers, and the ones we used worked properly. Payment at the property was cash only. It was a pleasant stay.

It's an Airbnb style place, not a regular hotel, and the host was very responsive. The location in Japan Town is great. The room was a decent size and usable. The AC had some issues, but it was fine.

The apartment is quiet and clean, with a spacious room that looks just like the photos. The bed is big and comfy, the AC works well, and there's free-flow mineral water, which I loved and thought was a really thoughtful touch. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and did their best to accommodate my check-in, checkout, and other needs. It's in a small alley, but only a few steps from the main street, so that worked for me. No downsides for now, hehe. A pleasant stay.

The room is good enough for a budget stay, but the place is tucked into the furthest dead-end corner of Japanese Town, where cars can't reach. I wouldn't recommend it if you have lots of luggage. All access is by entry codes, so there's no key to carry. The counter is open 24 hours, though there's no one there at any hour.

It's a secure, really nice Japanese neighborhood, with cafes, eateries, amusement parks, and plenty of other facilities nearby. The room was clean and fresh, with nice, luxurious furniture. The host was friendly.
