The rooms were cool and clean, and the staff were really helpful. It's a good choice if, like me, you'd rather stay away from overcrowded tourist areas. The neighborhood has lots of trendy boutiques and thrift shops, and you can walk to a Michelin recommended pho place. It's not a party hostel, but there's a lovely rooftop and happy hour where people can socialize.

100/10, superb! The place was much lovelier and tidier than I'd expected after staying in a lot of hostels in Vietnam. Hang, Khenh and Uyen were thoughtful and hospitable. They explained everything I needed to know and coordinated options to fit my schedule from check-in through departure. Definitely give it a try for yourself.
There was a happy hour every night, which made it easy to meet other travelers, and a 7/11 was nearby. The WiFi was really good. They also offer a Vietnam travel guide, restaurant highlights, activities you can book, and SIM cards. I appreciated the free water refill, too. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean, with daily cleaning. The bathrooms were lovely and had great showers.
I liked my stay so much that I came back for a few days before flying home. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. There's also a road nearby full of cool fashion shops. A nice, relaxed place to rest and meet people.
I first stayed here in November, liked it enough to recommend it to a friend, then came back with her in January for almost a month. It's the best hostel I've stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. There's free hot and cold water, breakfast, and morning coffee. Ha, the owner, is welcoming and kind. Hien, An, and Gem were so nice, helpful, and quick to respond. Everyone did what they could to make the stay wonderful, and made my time in HCMC much better. The hostel is in a local neighborhood, so you get a feel for daily life there, while D1 is still within walking distance or an easy Grab ride. I love the place and recommend it to everyone.
