The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had lots of options, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I woke up with multiple bites across my body and asked to change rooms. The next room had lots of small cockroaches, and one crawled onto me while I was in bed. I think the hotel needs to deal with the bugs. Those bites are no joke, and disease can be transferred.

The receptionists were helpful, and the location was decent, though nothing special. My room was the real letdown: I booked a Deluxe Double Room with a balcony for $50, or 1,000,000 VND per night, but it was small, old, and run-down, with holes in the bathroom wall. They also charged me extra for a hand towel they said they couldn't get clean. I don't know why that was necessary. I paid and hurried to the airport.

Room service took around two hours. The staff's service felt very slow and strange, like they were from another planet.

A25 Hotel is small, but you can walk to everything you need. Everyone was friendly and courteous, from the security guard greeting you with a smile to the front desk clerks. The breakfast buffet is small, and the food service staff are just as smiley. I'd highly recommend it to visitors.
