Breakfast was excellent, with lots of delicious choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave me a small gift box on checkout day, Vietnamese Women's Day. Such a sweet touch. My room had everything I needed, was comfortable and very clean, and got cleaned every day. The location was strategic too, within walking distance of Central Market, Bui Vien walking street, and Ben Thanh market. There were also mini markets, self-service laundry, and local restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay, and I'll definitely come back. Thanks for the great service.

We had three rooms, and none of the safes would lock. There were knocks on our doors throughout the night, and the staff were rude and didn't care when we complained. The rooms had damp and mold growth, and the photos they showed us had been photoshopped to make them look much nicer. These rooms aren't fit for animals. I'll be emailing the Vietnamese tourist board. This place should be shut down. AVOID.

The rooms had damp and mold, and we felt completely unsafe there. Staff were rude, and one acted like a gangster, as if he might beat us when we complained. Terrible experience. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

I've been coming here almost every month for business, usually staying here, and have done so for nearly six months straight. The location is perfect. My room and bed are always clean, and the bathroom is fully equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely keep coming back every month.

The front desk staff were really helpful and upgraded my room for free. You can rent scooters here, and breakfast is pretty good.
