10000000/10. The apartment is clean, modern, nice, and feels safe. The staff are friendly even though they don’t understand much English. They clean the room every day and even do your laundry, which honestly surprised me, lol. The girl I spoke with was really nice and understanding, and helped me with a lot of things. The only part I didn’t like was not having a receptionist to ask for things. Still, it was very good, and I’ll definitely recommend it and come back when I return to Vietnam! ❤️

It’s in a great spot, close to a supermarket and shopping center. The staff are very friendly, housekeeping is good, and there’s 24/7 security. I’ll definitely come back.

I stayed in room 403, a one-bedroom residence with a balcony. For this price range, it’s the best serviced apartment. There’s a bathtub, full kitchen, washer and dryer, standard bedroom, and rollaway bed. Other things include a work desk, safe, two bathrooms, bidet, air purifier, mineral water dispenser, hairdryer, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, TV, sofa, and rice cooker. I didn’t find anything inconvenient. Just be aware that laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and scrubbers aren’t provided. There’s a convenience store across the street, an ATM 50 meters away, and Lotte Mart is a 20-minute walk. It’s handy for getting to Hoan Kiem Lake, West Lake, and My Dinh.
