Nicecy Apartment - Sai Gon City

The rooms are huge, with a large kitchen, a big dining table, and two A/C units. Internet was fast and stable, and the water pressure was strong at every faucet. The location is great too. All the staff were incredibly helpful, from sharing tips and sorting out room requests to warning us about common traps and helping us get better prices. Simon at reception was especially helpful with just about anything, so feel free to approach him. Thanks to everyone, hope to see you again!

Simon at reception was lovely, and the central location suited our last minute New Year booking. The 9th floor apartment, though, had serious problems. There was a lot of black mould in the bedroom and bathroom, hundreds of ants including in the bed, and stained bedding. The mattresses were so uncomfortable we could feel every spring and barely slept. A topper arrived after we complained, but made little difference. Cleanliness overall was poor, and the air conditioning was inconsistent, with one remote for all the units. The microwave couldn't be used because it had no plug and exposed live wires. The kitchen also smelled unpleasant, and we kept hearing rats running in the ceiling, so we had to shut the kitchen door. A disappointing stay. We wouldn't return or recommend it.

The location was good, and all the receptionists were kind, understanding, accommodating, and spoke English. But the rooms were terrible, with mold and a major ant problem. After just one night, there were ants all over my bed, and I spent the whole morning trying to clear them away. The hotel moved me to another room, but that one still had ants. They also didn't clean my room even though they knew about the problem. Three day old garbage was left there, which brought in even more ants. Do not stay here.

Tuan helped me move to a larger room for a good price. Good hotel and apartment, highly recommend it!
