There’s a pharmacy, coffee shop, and supermarket nearby, so picking up what you need is easy. I found the breakfast delicious during the two days I ate there. The pool is on the ground floor, while there’s a place to practice golf on the second. My room was fairly spacious and had the essentials for guests.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, and Joy and her colleagues were especially friendly and service minded. They speak good English, as does the very helpful front desk, so communication was easy. The hotel is clean, high standard, and well located, with friendly staff throughout. The pool is nice, though street noise reaches it. The gym is in good shape, and there are both dry and steam saunas.

The staff went way beyond what we expected, and both breakfast and dinner were top notch. It’s a quiet place to stay, though getting to the old town takes about 30 minutes by Grab. This was easily our best stay during two months in Asia.

The location sits between the airport and midtown, which worked well for my business trip since my work wasn’t in midtown. For a holiday focused on Hanoi’s usual attractions, most of which are in midtown, I wouldn’t recommend it. My one bed studio had a kitchen area and a washer-dryer combo. It was spacious and clean, with lighting and decor that worked for both relaxing and getting work done. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even though I checked in at midnight, they welcomed me warmly.
