In January we had to shower with cold water, even though this was a 3 star hotel. Reception couldn't fix the water heater when we called. When we asked to change rooms, the staff wanted another 300k vnd for the room, so that wasn't an option. We waited an hour for the water to get hot, argued with him for a long time, then called the owner and finally managed to check out. That hour left us with a terrible memory. This hotel has been so terrible recently.

The service was okay, but the room was small and smelled really bad. The shower's hot water didn't last long, and I wasn't comfortable. I had to find another hotel as soon as I could.

The standard room is quite small, so I'd go for an upper one. It's cozy, and the cost is cheap and reasonable. They kindly gave me a holiday discount, even though I hadn't known about it. For that price, don't expect too much.

The room was bright, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'd come back.
