We lived here for six months. When we moved in, the apartment was very dusty, so we asked them to clean it. They said it had been cleaned and we could move in, but that was a lie. They only removed the carpet, as we'd asked. There was a rat in the apartment, maybe more than one. When we told the owner, he just gave us a mousetrap, which didn't work. We kept telling him we could hear and see a rat. Only after the third time did he come over, find holes behind the toilet, and fix them. The internet was awful, even though we needed it for work. The owner said he'd fix it, but he never did.
