The breakfast was lovely, and the room was very clean with good service. Grand Cititel hotel is near the old quarters, but this street felt top notch and not congested. I arrived a little early, and Lisa, Ivy and Bryan made me comfortable in the lobby and let me check in early. They were courteous, helpful, and pleasant throughout. I had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend it.

The breakfasts were substantial, and the rooftop bar was a special treat. Ivy, Jenny and Bryan at the desk were extremely helpful. The hotel is well located, with a pharmacy and street kiosks nearby, including a Pho spot and a Banh Mi place. The walls are thin, but our days were so full that we fell asleep as soon as we got in. We’d highly recommend it.

Ivy, Thomas, Patrick, and Frank made the stay for us. They were polite, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed something. The room was spotless, and the sky bar had a fantastic view. The hotel is right in the Old Quarter, but somehow stays peaceful and away from the usual bustle. It felt like a relaxing retreat, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Thanks to the whole team! 💐❤️❤️❤️

We liked it so much that we added two more nights. The breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the team gave truly exceptional service. Jenny and Ivy deserve a special thanks, along with everyone else at the hotel. There was a booking problem on the first night because of a system error, and another one later when we booked through Agoda. The staff dealt with both quickly and professionally. Jenny found the best room available and moved us into our booked suite the next day, while Ivy kept everything running smoothly. Great location and a very comfortable stay.

Lisa and Tom were especially helpful on checkout morning. They let me leave my suitcase there overnight after checkout while we went on an excursion. The room and facilities were clean and nice, and the staff were always lovely. It’s very close to everything you’d want to see in Hanoi. I’d highly recommend it and would stay again.
