It was quite an interesting experience.

Okay.

There were flies and mosquitoes all over the room, the sofa was moldy and smelly, and the bathroom had a sewage smell. The place was extremely dirty, as if nothing had been cleaned or laundered since it opened. When I contacted them, they were polite and replaced a chair, but the replacement was covered in layer upon layer of dust. I asked to cancel the reservation and was charged an extra fee. They kept passing responsibility around and refused to refund me. I’ve messaged management already. If they don't resolve it within the given time, I’ll file a complaint with the city authorities.

The room smelled awful, and it was hard to sleep at night. The place was run-down, service was poor, and some room items, like the bedside lamp and TV, were very old or partly broken.
