The beds were insanely comfortable, and breakfast was great. Hotel L’Art has beautiful rooms too, clean, bright, airy and modern, with lovely bathrooms and plenty of space. We booked at the last minute and were so glad. Sebastian and the team were kind, helpful and accommodating, and the location was perfect for walking around. We're back in Hanoi in a week's time before flying home, and have booked Hotel L’Art again. Best hotel of our Vietnam trip.

I had an excellent stay at this very clean hotel, right in the middle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Restaurants, cafes, shops and the main attractions are all an easy walk away, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Justin deserves a special thanks. He gave me a city map and great local tips, which made exploring Hanoi much easier and more enjoyable. I really enjoyed my time here and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The room was spotless and had amazing views. After a mix-up with Agoda, they kindly upgraded me for free and went out of their way to make my Hanoi stay memorable. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the main sights, streets and popular cafes. Staff were always smiling, very kind and helpful, and happy to offer directions or recommendations. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back, without a doubt.

Our double room was spacious, and the hotel was clean and nice. It’s conveniently close to plenty of places to eat, shops and spa services. The staff were friendly and flexible with our requests, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely come back next time.

We had such a lovely short stay, thank you so much ☺️ They welcomed us with complimentary drinks and fruit, and thoughtfully offered a free upgrade to an executive room with a city view, plus honeymoon decorations. The room was sparkling clean and comfy. Breakfast isn’t halal certified, but there were plenty of choices, including salad, bread and pancakes. The hotel’s in the Old Quarter, with lots of souvenir shops nearby for last-minute shopping. We also chose a room with free airport transfer, so that was worry-free 🤭
