Hanoi Aria Central Hotel & Spa

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a great spot in town. At night we’d wander around and come across lovely tourist streets with really cheap food. The staff are super friendly and helpful, always there to greet you. Lovely hotel, highly recommend if you’re staying in Hanoi.

The room was nice and clean, and the spa was reasonably priced. Communication was flawless, and the hotel is next to the station. I’ll definitely return. The service was literally the best I’ve ever experienced, and they help with anything you need!

My fiance and I loved our three-night stay. The room was clean, and I recommend choosing one without a window if you want less street noise. It had great AC, hot water, and everything needed to be comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They can book massages downstairs at a discount, and we got three!

The rooms aren’t luxury, but they’re comfortable enough, and the location is brilliant. For a good budget place, the value is great and I definitely recommend it. The customer service was the best. The team were thoughtful in every way without being pushy. We got in super late, and they knew we had a long train ride in the morning, so they packed us lunch without us asking. They also helped with our bags to the train station.
