Getting around was easy from this convenient location, and the staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. The room was spotless and organized, and the whole property felt clean and well cared for from the moment I arrived. It was comfortable and good value for the price. A very pleasant stay that delivered what it promised. Highly recommended.

The bed was comfortable, but that was the only good part of our stay. The room looked nothing like the photos, and for the price it was far too basic, especially with a shower that barely trickled. We told the owner several times. They said they’d fix it or move us, but neither happened. The Wi-Fi password I asked for didn’t work for us, and we were locked out after the door code was changed without anyone telling us. We were looking forward to leaving. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We stayed five nights at Ben's Apartment. The place was clean and in good condition, but during our last nights we had a disturbing incident that really affected our stay. Around 1:30PM, noise woke us, and when we turned on the lights a mouse ran across the room and jumped onto the kitchenette counter. At least two more appeared from under the sofa and later escaped through a gap between the upper kitchen cabinet and the wall. We’d heard similar noises the night before but hadn’t thought much of it. Panicked and worried there might be more, we contacted our contact person at Ben's apartment. They arranged for two staff members to check and move us to another room. We packed our things while still feeling grossed out, then moved. We were glad a different room was available, but unhappy with the owners’ response. There was no apology, and they rejected our request for a refund for one night, saying the incident was beyond their control. We heard nothing further and were offered no other compensation. We disagree. This wasn’t one mouse that happened to get in through an open door. At least three came through a concealed opening in the wall. The owner is responsible for this kind of issue, and guests shouldn’t have to bear the cost.

The room was clean and comfortable, and Ha & tony were fantastic hosts. The bar was amazing too. I didn’t get the bartender’s name, but he was fantastic. Enjoy your stay!
