Hanoi E Central Hotel

We spent four nights with our family in the penthouse suite at Hotel E Central Hanoi, and Rosie and the team took such good care of us. Rosie sent all the details before we arrived and even put together our four-day excursion plan, including Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from, including authentic Pho, special omelets, French toast, and plenty of local dishes. Everyone in our family found something they liked each morning. The hotel sits right in the Old Quarter, with restaurants, 7-Eleven shops, Euro Bar, local dining, and massage services all an easy walk away. Try the local egg coffee while you’re there. We felt very well looked after and will recommend Hotel E Central Hanoi to friends and family. We hope to return.

What sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and clearly cared about the guests. The service was honestly among the best I’ve experienced in Vietnam. Special thanks to Rosie and Rina, who I believe are the managers, for doing such a great job. I stayed here twice, and both visits were excellent. The rooms were very clean, which matters a lot to me, and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious, with a great buffet and generous omelettes made to order. The location is central but quiet. I’d absolutely stay here again if I return to Hanoi.

Rosie got in touch before my trip and helped set up a day trip to Ninh Binh, which was so much fun. She was really sweet and always checked that I was comfortable and had enough to eat. The whole team knows the area well and gave me great local tips. They also offer luggage storage, did my laundry for a really good price, and even gave me a souvenir when I left. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and had everything I needed. The team went above and beyond to look after me. 10/10, highly recommend!

We stopped in Hanoi a few times, and this hotel became our second home in Vietnam. It was always great to come back. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the location is perfect.
