I was really ill while I was there, and the lovely staff made me feel safe and looked after. I won’t forget how kind they were. The room was cozy, clean, quiet, and well equipped. Staff were welcoming, and the central location made it easy to explore the Old Quarter, with shops, cafes, and restaurants close by.

I was moved here from a sister hotel for my last night. The room had everything I needed and a comfortable bed. It had windows, though they looked boarded up. The staff were super friendly, and the place worked well for one night or possibly a little longer. The location is excellent, right by walking street and close to the night market and lake, in the heart of the Old Quarter. There are plenty of massage parlors and street food stalls and restaurants nearby.

Tiep checked us in around midnight and was so kind and friendly. He kept checking on us during our four-night stay to see if everything was alright. The hotel was clean and nice, in a very convenient spot within walking distance of cafes and restaurants.

I stayed from 31 October to 7 November 2025. The location made it easy to get around most of the Old Town, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was reasonably clean and everything worked. The street is noisy, though that’s what you expect in Hanoi’s Old Town, and I got used to it. Thicker doors to the balcony would have helped.
