Hanoi Exclusive Hotel

The room was spotless, with nice sheets and towels that were always fresh. I only wish it had an outside window and a mirror near the hairdryer. The location was excellent, and Binh and the restaurant staff made the stay great. Binh even gave us a lovely wake-up call two days in a row.

We had enough room to work comfortably, thanks to the two tables, and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was large, with hot water and a hairdryer. The pho at the restaurant was really good, too. Bihn was especially friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the main sights, with lots of places to eat right outside. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it.

I forgot to arrange a transfer to my next stop in Vietnam, and during Tet there were fewer drivers available. The staff still helped me find one, and they were great with advice and accommodations throughout my stay. The hotel is central, too. If I come back to Hanoi, I’ll stay here again. The staff and location are hard to beat.

I was disappointed with the room for what I paid. The bedding had holes in both the sheet and blanket cover, the walls were dirty, and the so-called balcony wasn’t somewhere you could actually step out. There was no coffee in the room, it smelled musty, and I’m pretty sure I heard rodents in the walls on my first night. For a lower price I might not have minded as much, but I’ve stayed in better places for the same cost. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, breakfast was good, and the shower was nice and hot.
