Hanoi Lion Boutique Hotel & Spa

Rose and Long really looked after us. When I was in a lot of pain, they called the clinic and registered me so I could see a doctor right away. I was seen immediately once I got there. Their kindness and attention made a big difference. The whole property was spotless and well maintained, and we felt comfortable from the start. Everyone was welcoming, and we'd especially like to thank Rose and Long for being so helpful and ready to assist with a smile. We had a great stay and would come back.

The rooms were clean and the amenities were great, but what stood out most was how welcoming and kind everyone was. Sophie especially took care of us throughout the stay. I've never been at a hotel where the staff seemed to care so much. I'd recommend it to any traveler, including people who don't speak Vietnamese.

The staff are what make the Hanoi Lion special. Christine at reception was brilliant, and the restaurant team were excellent too, with plenty of choice. We felt welcome the whole time. The location is lively and bustling, right by the train street and near the Michelin Pho restaurant. The gym and sauna were included and very well maintained. My room had an internal window, which meant no natural light, and I found that difficult, so I'd suggest booking a room with a window. Breakfast was good, and I recommend the hotel.

We return here whenever we're in Hanoi, and it never lets us down. The rooms are well appointed, the location is hard to beat, and breakfast is amazing. The staff are so kind and friendly. Rose and Rachel are there to help, and the beautiful spa is worth taking advantage of.
