Prince Hotel

I spent about ten days here around Lunar New Year. The rooms and bathrooms were small, though clean. The reason for my one-star rating is that I was robbed, and the first receptionist I approached did not help. I went straight to reception and asked the girl to call the police. She said the police weren’t working because it was a holiday. I begged her repeatedly, but she still wouldn’t call, and she wouldn’t even give me the police station’s number. A friend who lives in Vietnam sent me the station’s address. It turned out to be a five-minute walk from the hotel, but the receptionist had hidden that from me and offered no help. The Vietnamese police were attentive, caught the thief and got some of my stolen money back. They handled the investigation amazingly and finished it within a few days. A different, helpful receptionist whose name I don’t know assisted me on the second day, and I want to thank her. As someone who has visited 34 countries, these were the worst few days of my life. If you get robbed or sick here, I don’t think anyone will help, so please take that into account.

We had a wonderful stay, with nice rooms, a great location and friendly staff. Thank you.

The place was clean, and the receptionist and other staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was there for just one night, and receptionist Hue was so friendly and helpful! 😁
