Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa

The hotel is a great deal, roughly £52 a night for a suite with a city view through booking.com. We found it quiet despite being in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, and it was clean. The restaurant is on the top floor, with good views over the city, and breakfast was lovely. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. I'd recommend it! ☺️

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and friendly. The room had the basic amenities, the hotel was well maintained, and the location was good. We enjoyed our stay overall, though breakfast had very few vegetarian choices, and the spa prices seemed high compared with places outside. I'd still recommend the hotel if vegetarian breakfast options aren't a priority for you.

The staff made us feel welcome throughout, helping with transport and local suggestions, and check-in was handled professionally. Breakfast had a nice mix of Vietnamese and Western food, with attentive service in the dining area. Our room was clean and spacious, kept in good shape by housekeeping, with comfortable bedding, strong air conditioning, and a modern, spotless bathroom. Hanoi Plaza Suite Hotel & Spa is right on Dao Duy Tu Street in Hanoi's Old Quarter, close enough to walk to restaurants, cafes, and major sights. The street outside is lively, but the room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return on our next trip to Hanoi. It's a solid choice for comfort, location, good service, and value.

We loved the rooftop, and breakfast was good. The service was friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable, right in the middle of Hanoi's old quarter. The room photos actually matched what we found, which isn't always the case with hotels in Hanoi.
