Rachel was especially helpful with booking our Ha Long Bay cruise and Ha Giang motorcycle tour, which made things easier and more enjoyable. We stayed at this Old Quarter hotel three different times as a base for trips around Vietnam, and it worked really well. It's an easy walk to lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff were always welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and tidy, and breakfast was decent. We did have a few small plumbing problems during our stays. I'd happily stay here again.

We really liked the hotel's location, but the cost felt much too high for the condition of the rooms. They were nice in appearance, though very dirty, with stained walls and signs that proper cleaning had been neglected for a long time. It seems like something that would be easy to address, but no one appears to be looking after it. Our first room had visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and a strong musty odor. The staff were helpful and moved us to a room without mold, which we appreciated, but that room still wasn't clean.

My friends were staying here, though I wasn't a guest myself. The reception team were genuinely friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated their service. They let us leave our luggage out of goodwill, even though they didn't have to. Very grateful! 💯

Rachael made a real impression on us, helping from the time we booked through check-in to make our stay memorable. The rest of the staff were also wonderful, whether arranging transport, sharing local suggestions, or checking in with a smile. My mom and I stayed four nights at Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel and felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had daily housekeeping. The hotel's design is simple and elegant, mixing a modern feel with subtle Vietnamese touches. Its location made it easy to reach Hanoi's cultural landmarks while giving us a calm place to return to. Hang Ma, with its many TET decorations for sale, is only a few minutes' walk away. We found the comfort and service lived up to the hotel's promise. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi who appreciates elegance, convenience, and warm hospitality.

Our room was roomy and had a nice balcony, and the breakfast was very good. The staff took care of all our needs. When we went on a three-day cruise in Ha Long Bay after our stay, they let us leave a couple of bags behind. The hotel sits between the Old Quarter and Train Street, so both are just minutes away on foot. Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum is a bit farther if you want to walk.
