The Studio Standard Room was a mixed bag, and the Agoda listing didn’t accurately describe the amenities. The room was quiet, clean, and had fresh sheets, a comfortable bed, hot water with good shower pressure, fast reliable Wifi, and working AC, which was essential because it got warm. Housekeeping came by in the morning. There’s no real window, just a fake one. The desk had no chair when I arrived, though the receptionist brought one from another room. The fridge wasn’t very clean, there were no tissues, and the only bin was a tiny 5L one in the bathroom. Having none in the main room makes using the kitchen questionable. The shower has nowhere to put clean clothes. They could add a hanger behind the door. Without a hanging toiletry bag, I had to put my things on the toilet base. The rooftop gym wasn’t worth using, and at checkout no one asked how my stay was. It’s a bit outside the city, and the management fell below standard. It was OK, but I can’t recommend it.

The room was spotless, with brand-new furniture, kitchenware, and bathroom fittings. Room service was good, the Wifi worked very well, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and supportive. There was no drawer for clothes, though, and the balcony was too small for even one chair. The hotel doesn’t show up on Grab or xanh sm, so watch out when arranging a taxi. For the price, it was good value, and renting a bike is much cheaper than taking taxis or Grab.

The hotel is in a quiet spot a little way outside central Da Nang, about 11 minutes by taxi or motorbike. The staff were very friendly, and my room was cleaned every day. I’d recommend it if you want to explore Da Nang and the surrounding area.

These are new, small apartments tucked away from the city noise. The rooms are simple and modest, with good water pressure and excellent Internet.
