Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

The location made it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and shops, and the hotel still felt peaceful enough to relax. Breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning, with a mix of local and international dishes. My room was spotless, nicely designed, and very comfortable. The bed was just right after long days out, and the amenities felt thoughtful and high quality. The staff were attentive, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I felt valued throughout my visit. Splendid Premium Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay again or recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

The manager let us check out at 1:30pm, and JOHN and COLE were a great help. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to assist with a smile. That care and attention to detail made the stay especially memorable. CINDY welcomed us warmly when we arrived. Room 807 was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with everything I needed to relax. The location was convenient for getting around and visiting nearby attractions, and the hotel had a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. I had a great five-day stay and would happily come back or recommend it to others.

The Old Town was close by, making it easy to explore on foot, and the hotel was clean. The staff, including miss Cindy, were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. Our room was an okay size, though it felt a bit worn and could use an update. We were upgraded to one with a window, but it was very small. The pool was tiny as well. I don’t think this is a five-star hotel. To me, it felt more like three stars. At checkout, staff seemed very focused on getting me to leave a five-star review, almost pressuring me. That kind of direct request seems pretty normal in Vietnam, though. One other thing, be very careful crossing the streets in Vietnam. I was hit by a car twice. I’ve traveled to many places around the world, and this is the only place where that’s happened to me. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff were good, but it didn’t feel like a five-star hotel.

The roof top bar staff were amazing, super friendly, and made excellent cocktails. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, both western and local. I also used the pool in the mornings, and it was deep, not too cold, and empty while I was there. Check-in was smooth, the front desk staff were delightful, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with a powerful shower, immaculate bathroom, and good amenities. My only suggestions would be a sliding shower door and blackout blinds, though I’m being picky.
