The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even offered free beer or water daily. Breakfast was great: noodles or bread with egg, fruit, and iced coffee or water. I arrived around 10:30 AM, well before the 2 PM check-in, but they gave me breakfast for free. I was first assigned another room, then they kindly moved me to an all-girls room where I felt safe and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels.

Receptionist Alex was so lovely. I left my phone in a grab while in Thailand, and Alex has even been trying to help me get it back. The effort and kindness over my stupid mistake really show how wonderful Vietnam is as a people and a country. Thank you, Alex, you’re a legend and a wonderful human ☺️ We only stayed a couple of nights, but the place was clean, social, and good value.

The rooftop had a social feel without being too much, and I met some of the coolest, nicest people there. I hope we keep in touch and stay friends! The staff made the whole hostel feel welcoming. Ken greeted me warmly when I arrived exhausted around 6am after an overnight sleeper bus. He offered me water, a shower, and a hammock to rest in before breakfast started. Steve and Victory were also so sweet and friendly. This is hands down my favorite hostel in Vietnam.

The free breakfast is delicious, and the location is ideal. Staff are really friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are very clean and all have AC, so they stay cool. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but they’re fine overall.
