This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was initially just a tourist using the hotel’s shower service. We agreed on 300,000 VND for six people and were given only an hour. Once we finished, you said you thought the price covered only three people and asked us for another 300,000 VND. There were only four towels for six of us, and staff acted like it was our job to point out the shortage. Providing enough towels is the hotel’s responsibility, and I don’t think this was fair. The main problem was how we were treated. Staff spoke to us in an unfriendly way, with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They should have explained the price clearly from the start, and apologized or at least spoken politely and respectfully. If I’m asked to pay another 300,000 VND despite the incomplete service, I think there should be a discount, but that wasn’t offered. I don’t think I’ll use this hotel again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to other Thai travelers.

I ended up extending my stay by a night. The rooms were well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also offered currency exchange at a very good rate. Great location and reasonable prices.

The room had no window, which I knew before booking, but it felt dim and gloomy, so keep that in mind. The walls are very thin too, and you can hear every sound in the hall. It also felt a little dirty. Still, the location is perfect and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice, with eggs cooked for you, plus toast and fruit. Overall, it was an okay hotel.

They organized our trip to sapa and healing bay, and the staff were very kind. The room was nice too. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Getting around Hanoi was easy from this hotel right in the city centre, with nearby attractions close at hand. My room was comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the stay. The front desk staff were friendly and ready to help whenever I had a question or request.
