Breakfast is included and quite decent, though there’s no hot coffee or tea. Service was prompt and friendly; the hotel is run by a young couple. It’s a good place to stay if you need to be near Noi Bai airport for an early flight. The hotel is in a small alley off the main road, with not many food places nearby. There’s a small mini mart on the main street for water, packet shampoo or shower gel, and Chocopie. It’s a quiet, simple hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, and they provide two free bottles of water. There’s AC, the water heater works well, and the shower pressure is good. The bed is firm and the sheets are clean. They also provide basic items like a hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, and comb. There’s an elevator to the upper floors and free Wi-Fi.

The staff were so friendly. When they found a mix-up with my check-in, they gave me a discount on the room. Breakfast is simple, but there’s always fruit and pho. It’s close to the airport, and the room felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam, with great pressure and temperature. I also appreciated all the bathroom hooks for towels and pajamas.

The cleanliness stood out most: the walls, linens, and bath items were spotless and white, everything was in excellent condition with no signs left by previous guests, and the furniture and curtains were all new. Breakfast is served in the sixth-floor restaurant. The older woman who cooks there makes tasty, filling food. It’s a big family-run hotel, and you can feel the care and love they put into the business. I recommend spending some time here.

It’s only a few minutes from Terminal 2, and the rooms are roomy and clean, with comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. I really enjoyed the shower. The young couple running this small family business treated customers with real sincerity, which is why I want to encourage people to support them. It isn’t a luxury place, but it’s relaxing and comfortable. Give it a try.
