Hanoi Winter Hostel

The rooms gave us good privacy, though they were a bit small, and my locker started ringing for no reason. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. It's a social hostel, with a free evening beer to help backpackers meet each other. Breakfast was included and unreal, especially the potato wedges and eggs made to order.

Zo at reception deserves a special mention. They booked our Sapa trek, Ha Giang Loop, and Cat Ba trip all at once, and sorted the transfers, hostels, and the rest. Zo even wrote us an itinerary, and everything went smoothly. That help made arranging the activities much easier. We had no complaints or issues. The location is great too, and there are really good social events. Thanks, Zo!

The pub crawls happen every night, and the whole staff is friendly and accommodating. Devi, one of the reps, made my stay amazing. She answered every question without hesitation and was kind the whole time. This hostel set a very high bar for the rest of my travels.

We had an amazing time doing the Ha Giang Loop with this hostel. Quang, our group leader, was really helpful and did a great job. The places we stayed were clean, with comfy beds and friendly staff. Chawan, my easy rider, was brilliant and made sure we had the best time. I'd highly recommend it!
