The staff are absolutely lovely, kind, and helpful. Miss Yi especially kept going out of her way to assist, always with a smile. The hotel may not be the best maintained, but the people more than make up for it. At first glance I thought the building looked a little worn. The room itself was roomy, nice, and clean. Breakfast was good too, with fresh fruit, yogurt, and a buffet, plus pancakes or an omelette made to order. It’s very central but tucked into a quiet spot.

The receptionist was lovely and pointed us toward good restaurants and things to do nearby. Our room was clean, and breakfast came with lots of choices, including made-to-order pancakes and omelettes. The hotel sits beside a busy road, so I’d suggest earplugs at night. I’d happily stay here again.

Ms. Vy and Mr. Frodo made our stay easy, even sorting out laundry and finding someone to fix a pair of shoes. The location is hard to beat, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. The bed felt a little too firm for us, though we always had plenty of hot water after a long day out. Breakfast had lots to choose from and was a nice start to the day. We had a great time here.

Everything around here is walkable, but it’s seriously busy and noisy. I couldn’t sleep through the horns and constant beeping without earbuds, so bring some if noise keeps you up. On arrival, Ms Vy and Mr Frodo gave me a map and showed me places to see and foods to try, which saved me having to look it all up. For a three star hotel, the service felt like five stars. Thanks for everything ❤️ from Australia 🇦🇺

The staff were the highlight. They shared genuinely useful city tips and even got us to the bus station on the back of a motorbike, then arranged our bus tickets. The room was clean and nice, right in the middle of the old Quarter. There’s some city noise and things feel a bit small, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. We could walk to most places we wanted to go.
