The AC was fantastic, and everything was close by thanks to the great location. Tri Chien made check-in easy and made us feel very welcome. Andrew at the front desk was just as attentive, helping with our luggage, greeting us whenever we came in, and taking care of our needs. The housekeeping team was sweet, the restaurant staff gave us good local recommendations, and everyone was friendly to English speakers. Great value, too. I’d recommend staying here and will be back.

Tri was especially kind and welcoming throughout my stay, and the service made the experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the hotel had a relaxing, professional feel. I had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it, and would happily come back.

The hotel’s location was a favorite of mine. It’s beautiful, convenient, and near many attractions, which made the trip more enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, and everything was organized in a way that made me feel comfortable and welcome. Andrew and Elsa at the front desk helped us with pretty much everything, from tour bookings and transport to restaurant suggestions. We booked two tours through the hotel, and both were five stars. One was a local Hanoi tour with Heritage Tours, I think, led by Alex, who was awesome. The other was a bus trip to HaLong Bay that was incredible. We rode a very luxurious bus, then took a yacht to a few places with Leona Cruises. Highly recommend that trip, and a big thank you to Andrew and Elsa. The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa made for a magnificent stay. We could walk everywhere from the location, the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was yummy, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Front desk, concierge, bellmen, and cleaning staff all provided superb service. Thanks for everything.
