For the price, this is a really good place to stay in Old Town. There were a few little issues, but nothing like the horror stories I’ve heard about pricier hotels. Getting there means a short walk, since the roads are too narrow for cars. Overall, not too bad.

It's okay, though there isn't much to highlight. The street the hotel is on closes to four-wheeled traffic, so getting back with a lot of shopping can be difficult.

Higher floors were quieter, and the location was amazing. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the rooms were cleaned well, and the hot water pressure was great. The pillows could be more comfortable, and cleanliness in the bathroom and elsewhere could improve. Still, I'd stay again for the good price.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and high quality, while still surprisingly affordable. It’s right in the heart of Hanoi, close to everything, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a great time here and would highly recommend it to families or groups of friends visiting the city.
