The front desk team were lovely and always ready to help with questions. Ms. Ca Lee and Ms. Anna went out of their way to make our Hanoi trip memorable. We were picked up from the airport in a cab HC arranged, and when we arrived around 10 pm, they greeted us with refreshments and big smiles. Our level 4 room was very clean, with two large beds and a view of the old quarter. It was the only room on that floor. My three kids even enjoyed taking the stairs, steep as they were. HC Old Quarter had a good breakfast, and guests could get coffee and lemon tea around the clock.

The hotel felt safe and respectful, and the team were helpful. They found us a boat trip with the itinerary we wanted at a good price. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, with offerings that changed.

The staff were the best part, really kind and full of helpful information about Hanoi and Vietnam. The price was reasonable, too. We had a tidy room with a big bed and fast WiFi, plus tasty breakfast included. The location was great, with lots of nice local restaurants and craft beer spots nearby.

We were on the 6th floor and had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The staff were kind and helpful, and you can arrange tours and buses at the desk. A nice little hotel in Hanoï.

We never actually stayed because our room had been double booked. It was frustrating to arrive and then have to go elsewhere, but the staff were very helpful. They’d already arranged other accommodation and transport for us at the same price, which saved the situation.
