The room upgrade we got for free was a lovely surprise, and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Heritage Ham Long also has a beautiful, tastefully designed interior that feels warm and cozy. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. We’d gladly stay again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice, and the free breakfast buffet was great, including pho made to order. The cleaning ladies were thorough, and the service was top notch. Staff went out of their way to help us, including one person who called a difficult-to-book restaurant to get us a reservation. We loved DRAKE HO in particular, he was the best and so funny.

The service has been the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world, and this has been our favourite stay in Vietnam so far for service. Everyone was kind and attentive. We loved the location for getting around. They offered a young family takeaway food from breakfast before their Ha Long Bay cruise. Before our day trip to Ninh Binh, they gave us bottled water. At checkout, they offered a free hotel transfer because of disruptions near our room while they fixed a water issue. It didn’t disrupt our day at all because we were busy using the pool. The 2 for 1 happy hour drinks were great value, and breakfast was delicious with different options each day. I’m extremely impressed, especially with the service.

Breakfast stood out, with plenty of high-quality choices and excellent service. Everything in the hotel seemed carefully thought through, and housekeeping kept the already spotless, modern, well-equipped room in impeccable shape. The laundry was remarkably quick too, with clothes back in just 2-3 hours. Check-in was smooth and professional from the start, and the team made us feel welcome. It’s hard to believe Heritage Ham Long Hotel & Spa has only been open five months, since its organization, service, and attention to detail already feel like those of a well-established luxury hotel. Thanks to the general manager and the whole team for a smooth, memorable stay. It was amazing, easily worth 5 stars, and I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely return.

The location made it easy to get around, and it was central without being in the Old Quarter’s noisy parts, so resting was comfortable. Breakfast had a good range of options and was very good. The hotel is new, yet everything worked properly and was kept in good condition. The staff were kind, helpful, and clearly cared about our stay. Nam deserves a special mention for helping us so much. Great value, and I’d happily recommend it.
