We stayed three nights, but were only given an invoice for one. They also charged us 100k VND for an old door hanger that broke, without providing an invoice for that charge. The hotel was dirty too: there were drinks left in the fridge by previous guests, and we had to clear them out and take them to reception. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Keep away.

The room was huge and the mini fridge was nice and cold, with drinks at fair prices. The bedding was clean, though the floor was quite dirty and the place wasn't especially clean overall. The bed was so hard that I barely slept. For the price, it's not a bad place. Staff didn't speak English, but they were keen to help using Google Translate.

After a long ride around West Lake on a rental bike from Toan Thang Cycles @ 23 Le Trong Tan, I really appreciated the large walk-in shower. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with air conditioning, a TV, fridge and nice furnishings. I paid 450,000 dong for three days, which felt like a bargain. The friendly staff were helpful without hovering, and the Mother of Pearl inlayed stool was especially elegant.
