We arrived expecting the "entire home" we had booked through an online platform for 5 nights, with a terrace and kitchen. Instead, we found a basic bedroom and bathroom, with no access to either the terrace or kitchen shown in the photos. The bedroom was dirty and had cockroaches. I contacted the owner, who had said he would refund one night as compensation, but then refused to do anything other than ask me to withdraw my complaint with the platform. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE.
