I loved the location, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Ha Chu is an angel! The bunk had a fan and a privacy curtain, and the beds were clean. They also booked me a bus to Ninh Binh for the same price as 12asia, with pickup right at the hostel, so I didn't need to go to the bus stop. Great stay!

The team made us feel welcome right from arrival, with a warm, friendly atmosphere and everything we needed to settle in comfortably. We especially appreciate Ha Chu (I hope we got the spelling right), who was kind, patient, and very professional, and helped us with everything. It was good value for the price, whether you're a couple in a private room or a backpacker. We had a wonderful stay.

Finding this hostel was such a relief. I needed a private room and a 2:30am check-in after getting back from the Ha Giang Loop. I sent a message to the WhatsApp number, and David replied right away to confirm someone would let me in. After the Loop, I was exhausted, so that quick reply was exactly what I needed. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond. David Le was especially kind and helpful, and took care of my many questions about booking a Ninh Binh trip. I extended my stay because everyone was so lovely. David and Leo were a pleasure, and David's fast replies made me feel safe and at ease throughout. He even treated me to delicious authentic Vietnamese coffee, which was so sweet. I can't recommend the hostel highly enough. The private room was excellent, with AC, a big comfortable bed, and a great shower. Laundry service was great, too, and the care they showed every guest went beyond what I expected. The location in the old quarter, right by the cathedral, was perfect. I'll stay here whenever I'm in Hanoi. Five out of five.

Hā Chu helped sort out a few travel bookings, which made my trip easier. The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. It’s in a quiet little alley in the Old Quarter, near the lake. I stayed here on separate trips in both a private room and a shared one, and enjoyed it.
