Hannah and the staff were so welcoming and did a great job. The hotel is new, exceptionally clean, and nicely presented, with very comfortable beds that gave us a wonderful night's sleep. Great location and service, thank you.

I especially want to thank Harry for the way he handled my check-in, and Linda for serving breakfast and making my first Vietnamese iced coffee. Breakfast had a delicious range of fresh, well-prepared local and international dishes, a lovely start to the day. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, always greeting people with a smile and making me feel looked after. My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable, with modern amenities, a cozy bed, and a beautiful view to enjoy in the morning. The location made it easy to get to popular attractions, restaurants, and local shops, and to experience Vietnam's culture and food. After a long day of exploring, it was a relaxing place to return to. My stay from beginning to end was outstanding, and I'd highly recommend it for either work or leisure.

After our long trip from the UK, we spent a couple of relaxing hours at the spa. The hotel was well placed for exploring Hanoi, and our spotless rooms had huge, comfortable beds. Harry at reception, Simon, and the other staff whose names we didn't catch all helped make the stay enjoyable. We had a great time here.

Simon was particularly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and quite new, and we enjoyed the breakfast and meals too. We thought the hotel was very good and would definitely return.
