InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72

This is a lovely hotel with big, spotless rooms, and it works well for meetings. Just keep in mind it's outside the main tourist area. There's a nice gym and access to men's and women's day spa facilities, including a hot tub and sauna. The service is what really stands out. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, even helping with little things like pressing the elevator buttons. The breakfast at 3 Spoons was incredible. Lihn and Hoang looked after me several times there. On my first morning, Linh asked if I had questions as she seated me. I asked about pho, and she explained it was on the à la carte menu. When I came back from looking around the buffet, a bowl of pho with all the condiments was waiting at my seat. Both of them remembered my coffee, tea, and juice order each morning, and Lihn made sure I had Vietnamese coffee to take away. Hoang promptly cleared my finished plates and glasses. Six-star service. They both made me feel at home. Thank you!

The lounge on the 71st floor was one of the highlights for me. It's beautiful, quiet, and elegant, with sweeping views that seem to cover all of Vietnam. The staff made me feel like I was with old friends while staying completely professional. Thanks especially to Chi on the afternoon and night shift, and Chou in the mornings. Their genuine warmth, smiles, and Hanoi tips made both breakfast and cocktail hour wonderful. I only ate dinner at 3 Spoons once, but it was excellent and the portions were generous. Check-in was quick and professional, and they recognized my status straight away. I could choose welcome drinks or points, and also got a food credit, a first for me. My room was spacious, clean, and very well kept, without any carpet stains, furniture marks, or damage. The upkeep of the rooms, halls, and common areas says a lot about the property. I discovered on my last day from the check-in information slips that there are two gyms, on the 7th and 71st floors. I only used the 71st-floor one, with fantastic views that made it feel like running among the clouds. This was the last stop on my Southeast Asia tour, and the best one. The whole stay was unforgettable. I could say much more, but you have to experience it yourself. I loved the property, Hanoi, and the Vietnamese people, and I'll definitely return.

We were delighted with our stay at Intercontinental Landmark 72 in Ha Noi, and we'll definitely come back. The room felt spacious and luxurious. Breakfast at the buffet was outstanding, with a huge range of quality Asian and Western food. A big thank you to ANH TRAN, the 3 Spoons restaurant supervisor, and the whole team. You guys are the best!

Quy Huong at the bar is amazing. He's there until 2am, is always accommodating, and gives great recommendations. He made me an off-menu cocktail that was honestly the best I've ever had. He deserves a raise!
