I loved the rooftop cocktails and slept well in the comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were so welcoming, and they even surprised me for my birthday. It’s an affordable, charming place in the Old Town, an easy walk from the lake and market. There’s also a great authentic bun cha spot right across the street. I can’t wait to return to Hanoi and stay here again.

Trang at reception really made our time in Hanoi special. She suggested Ha Long/Lan Ha Bay tours, and we took one and loved it. She even called some shops I wanted to visit to check whether they’d be open over the April 30/May 1 holiday. Her hospitality was above what I’ve had at even five-star places like Four Seasons. The hotel is in an unbeatable location, the facilities are very clean, and all the staff are attentive and courteous. Highly recommend.

We had to change our Bai Tu Long bay cruise at the last minute because of a typhoon, and the staff were great about adjusting our booking. The service was amazing. Breakfast was good too, with gluten-free pho available. It’s fairly central and an easy walk to many Hanoi sights. We’d stay here again.

I travel to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi for work several times a year, and this was my first stay here. I was extremely satisfied and would like to book this hotel each time I’m in Hanoi. The welcome was lovely, with fruit tea, chocolate, and a cold towel while I sat on the sofa, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Ms. Trang Nguyen was especially kind. Since my flight home was in the middle of the night, they kept my bags after checkout. When I came back that evening drenched in sweat, they let me take a shower for free and provided shampoo, body soap, and a towel, which made the flight much more comfortable. As I left, they also gave me a plate of cut fruit to enjoy at the airport.
