My business trip began with a good experience. The staff were friendly, and they even offered complimentary laundry, which I appreciated. Then, when my clothes came back the second time, there were ink stains. I raised it with the staff, who sent them for another cleaning in the hope of removing them. They later told me the stains were old and couldn't be taken out. Management said the marks were already on the clothes before the laundry and refused responsibility. Staff did apologize, but their best offer was to waive the room upgrade fee, as if I should just accept that. I had carefully prepared these clothes for client meetings. Now I feel like the situation makes me look as if I'm trying to take advantage of them. I'm amazed at how management handled the problem. The compensation seemed like a token gesture to brush it aside instead of dealing with it seriously. That response ruined what had been a good stay. It was a very disappointing experience, and I won't return.

My sincere advice is to turn around while you still can. Staying here was a nightmare for any traveler. Service was poor, the rooms weren't clean, and staff had a rude attitude. On top of that, the hotel seemed to overcharge guests blatantly. Even with a clear room price booked in the app, once you arrive they come up with all sorts of unreasonable excuses to pressure you into paying extra fees that seem to come from nowhere. This felt less like simple unprofessionalism and more like a financial trap aimed at people who are already stuck on the road. Don't let a place with such shady business practices and no ethics ruin your holiday.

I left my charger behind on a business trip, and the staff were very eager to help me get it back. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. A place worth considering for business travel.

Everything else was okay, but the room had a slightly damp smell and could do with a more thorough cleaning.

I've come back three times for work, and once brought my baby along. The rooms are clean, the staff helpful, and having lots of restaurants nearby is really convenient.
