Such a pretty room, and it was really clean!

The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and the price was good. I’ll definitely come back.

Bad.

The place was incredibly noisy. Our second-floor room sat right over the parking garage, so we heard people coming and going, especially the motorbikes and loud conversations in the morning. I couldn't sleep. The room was dirty from the start. The floor and every corner seemed filthy, and there was hair or fur on the bed. The bathroom was dark and cramped, with a wet floor from the air conditioner pipes. The shower head leaked, then the water stopped while we were showering, so we had to use the sink faucet. Check-in was a mess too. We texted and called the number they gave us but got no answer, so we had to find our own way in and check in with the security guard. Then we waited a long time for a room. We’d booked for two, but there was only one pair of slippers, so we had to take turns. I reported the dirt and shower problems, but it took ages for someone to come look, and they couldn’t fix anything. Even at a low price, the room should at least be cleaned before guests arrive. Not a second time.
