Okay.

When I tried to check out, they acted like thugs and insisted on keeping 50% of the room rate. I'd noticed the room's broken door, leaking walls, and blanket covered in ants just five minutes after arriving.
2/10
The regular room rate is too expensive. Remember to check the price before going up, so you don't end up with the more expensive rate.
8/10
The neighborhood is quiet and very clean, and there's a market right next door. The owner and her husband are lovely and helpful. Rooms are decent, neat, and clean for a mid-range price. It works for people who aren't too picky and mainly just need somewhere to sleep.
8/10
It's 100k for the first two hours, then 20k for every hour after that. I don't know whether guesthouse prices have gone up since my last stay.
