The bed and sheets were really comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room matched the pictures and was about what you'd expect from a three-star place, so there were no surprises. For the price, I couldn't fault what they offer. If you're after a five-star room, book a five-star hotel.

Right in the Old Quarter, so it's convenient for getting around. The twin and king room was decent and had all the amenities. Breakfast was offered at an affordable price, and there were two bottles of water free.

We were there May 12-20 with our child, and the Old Quarter location made it easy to get everywhere. The hotel was clean and had a homey feel. Staff at reception were accommodating, the bellboy worked especially hard, and we even made friends with some of the vendors downstairs. For our booking, they suggested a Double Deluxe and a Superior Double Room. A Family Room would have been easier on the budget, though we got one for the last two nights. Maybe it hadn't been available earlier. The price felt fair, somewhere between cheap and expensive. Vehicle horns from the street were the main downside, but we'd happily return.

We had two family rooms, both clean, comfortable, and spacious, with views down to the street. The staff and service went beyond what we expected. Mr. Kieu gave us a kind, caring welcome and helped us out, while the receptionists suggested local restaurants based on what we liked. It's a great spot if you want to be close to the Old Quarter's bustle. Our family had a great time here.
