The receptionist seemed not to care about my problems, and actually laughed while discussing them on the phone. The service was rude and unprofessional, the worst I've experienced. I only wanted a proper bath after two weeks traveling by motorbike. I checked in and went to run one, but there was no water, so I had to put my sweaty clothes back on and ask what was wrong. They said it would be fixed in 15 minutes. It took much longer to get water, and then it was cold. The next morning it was scalding hot. They said they were still working on the plumbing, so I decided to leave. Since I'd paid for a week, getting a refund took a while, and they still charged me the full rate for the day when I had nothing but problems.

It didn't feel all that good to me. Seems better suited to Gen Z, and checkout is before 10 AM.

The room was small.

I was comfortable with the agreed room rate of 600. But paying cash came to 600, while a bank transfer meant an extra fee, which made me uncomfortable. They should simply say 600k plus tax. Charging an extra fee for a transfer is wrong under the current regulations.
