The beds were really nice, and the service was decent apart from the communication barrier, which made it impossible to have a meaningful conversation. The room had snacks and a TV, though I didn’t use either. I knew it was a cheap hotel, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but cleanliness was a problem. There was all sorts of trash under the bed that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the floor didn’t seem properly vacuumed. My main issue was the missing soap. I was told most rooms have dispensers, but mine didn’t. When I mentioned it, they said I could buy my own. I was willing to do that, but the hotel should provide soap. I couldn’t get as clean as I normally would, and that’s a big deal. I hope they put soap in that room.

The place was peaceful and felt safe, and my stay met the five-star standard. I was very happy with it. It works well for both business and leisure, and I’ll definitely return.
