La Siesta Classic Hang Thung

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in ages. I especially liked the eggs made to order and the pho soup each morning. The hotel itself is lovely, with a nicely decorated lobby and rooms, and the attention to detail is immaculate. The beds were so cozy and comfortable that sleeping was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even kept our luggage for an extra day while we traveled elsewhere. My only small wishes would be more towel hooks in the bathrooms and more gym equipment. Those are minor things. Thanks for making the stay so pleasant. La Siesta will always be one of my favorite Hanoi hotels.

We had a wonderful time here and would happily return. The Old Quarter location makes it easy to walk to shops, food spots, and attractions. Staff were warm, professional, and ready with recommendations or help making arrangements. After a long day out, our spotless, comfortable room felt welcoming and relaxing. It was thoughtfully designed, with nice attention to detail. Breakfast had a good range of buffet choices and exceeded what we expected. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi, a well-earned five stars.

The spa staff and therapists were excellent, as was the gentleman at the night sky bar. Restaurant staff were fabulous, and the manager showed us warm hospitality. From the doorman to the cheerful receptionist, who personally showed us around the room and hotel amenities, people took thoughtful care of every detail. There were so many people to thank that we did so in person and on the feedback form. We have no hesitation recommending this hotel. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay and excellent service. We'll definitely be back.

Chung To helped me get the rest of my luggage from somewhere without making me go back and take a Grab twice for a roundtrip. Duc went to retrieve it and brought it right to my room, which saved me time and money. Another guy, I think his name was Chung or Dung Nguyen, was helpful too. Everyone was, really, including the restaurant staff. I just don't know all their names. I loved this place so much that I upgraded to a balcony room with a pool view. The little pool felt private most of the time. The staff, spa, restaurant and food, pool, and gym were all great. They also gave me a good deal on the hotel ride. I slept really well, it was so comfortable, and I'd stay here again if I visit Hanoi.
