On my first visit to Vietnam, my Canadian Vietnamese friends who live here looked after me generously. One of them recommended Bin Bin Hotel right away, and one (16) is across from him. It's a quiet “concaved” neighborhood in the “busy” district 1, close to everything, but peaceful when I came back to rest, sleep, work (CodeBlack), and eat delicious vegan food nearby. The room I had was small, but it had everything I needed. The staff felt grounded and friendly, and it was clear they cared. I'd recommend this if you're staying in district 1 and want a good rest. Shout out to Gia and his team for making me feel at ease. He also reminds me of the young “Vietnamese” Leonardo from Titanic vibes.

Our friends recommended this place strongly, and we were happy with the stay in the end. There was a problem at the start because they hadn't reserved our room since we hadn't "paid", even though the friends who arrived before us had assured them we were coming. Things worked out, and the daytime and nighttime staff were very friendly. They stayed calm while we asked about a policy that hadn't been clear to us. The rooms were spotless and had more than you'd expect for the price: a big comfortable bed, a wide-screen TV that connects to YouTube, a hot shower, and a reliable elevator. I wish there'd been a restaurant, but there are so many nearby that we didn't miss one much. Win Mart is on the corner for basics, there's an affordable porky restaurant across the street, and more restaurants and small eateries on the other side. We'd gladly come back.

The staff are the hotel's strongest point: professional, friendly, and attentive. It's in a great spot, near the main roads in the city center but tucked down a quiet side street. The rooms are decent and comfortable. Cảm ơn bạn!

I walked in and stayed for three nights. The welcome was friendly, and the hotel is new. The room was clean, though not spotless, about what I've found in other hotels in Vietnam. It had a big bed and large windows that let in lots of light. Comfortable stay, with a nice cafe around the corner.

The area is convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby, and the receptionist is friendly. The hotel is new, but I found hair and trash on the floor as soon as I entered the room. The bathroom drain was clogged too.
