The front desk service from Như deserves 5+ stars, and the rooftop views get 3. The leaking toilet and bathtub, plus a cockroach in the bathroom, get 0. I paid 30% more than the booked price, so I'd give it 3 stars overall.

I got a promo through Agoda and will stay for two nights. The room is big, and everything, including the service, is okay. It's a good hotel for me in distric 4, close to a main street and easy to find. There are lots of restaurants nearby, so finding food is easy. Tx for the hospitality.

It's local in style and really nice. The staff are so friendly, and I'll visit again next time.

For the price, it's a fine place. The comment below seems quite unfair to me, and I don't agree with it.
